Is your player ready for tryouts? Chiller Director of Strength and Conditioning, Corey Zuvela, is offering convenient drop-in sessions focused on maintaining/preparing your players' readiness for Travel Hockey Tryouts in April.

Ages:

  • General sessions - 10-14 years old
  • Girls-only sessions - 10-16 years old 

Training sessions will focus on:

  • Maintaining and increasing upper- and lower-body strength and power in addition to receiving a speed stimulus.  
  • Resetting muscle length in target areas such as the chest and hips after a long season. 

Training sessions will include:

  • Stretching & mobility
  • Training preparation exercises
  • Dynamic warm-up
  • Sprint mechanics and acceleration work
  • Power work (upper and lower-body)
  • Resistance training (dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bands, & bodyweight)

*All players will be provided a training sheet that can be modified dependent upon factors such injury, training age, and training experience.

Cost:  $15 per one-hour session
